Refunds & Cancellations

You can request a full refund or cancellation anytime before your order begins processing. However, strict limitations apply once fulfillment starts:

• Eligible Window: Refund requests are accepted only before your item has been ordered from our suppliers or before your order has shipped.
• Fulfillment Milestone: Once your product has been ordered from our supplier, your shipping label has been printed, or the package is on its way, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. At this point, all sales are final.
• Customer Expense: Any returns, cancellations, or modifications requested after these milestones will be processed entirely at the customer’s expense.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.

• Wrong Items Only: Returns are only allowed if you received the incorrect item. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

Our Mistakes (If We Screw Up)

We are human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If we send you the wrong product, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you:

• We will provide a prepaid USPS return label via email so you can send the incorrect items back to us.
• Once verified, we will ensure your correct order gets to you as quickly as possible.
