Carrier & Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: 99% of our orders are shipped securely using USPS Ground Advantage.
Alternative Carriers: If there is a large cost difference, or if you explicitly request it, we can ship your order via UPS Ground.

We work hard to get your packages out as quickly as possible. Estimated processing windows vary by product type:

In-Stock Items: Products currently in stock normally ship within 2–3 business days.
Premium Cigars & Special Orders: Premium selections and special orders normally ship within 4–7 business days.

Email Notifications: You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information and tracking number the moment your order ships.
Customer Accounts: Tracking numbers and live order statuses are always available to view on your Customer Account Page.

Unforeseen Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for weather delays or carrier-side transit disruptions once the package leaves our hands.
Inventory Adjustments: If we need to make a product substitution, or if an item in your order is unexpectedly delayed or out of stock, we will contact you directly via email or phone to discuss the best path forward.

To ensure high-value orders arrive safely, we apply the following security tiers:

Orders Over $200: Shipping insurance is automatically added to any order with a subtotal over $200 at no extra cost to you.
Orders Over $500: For larger orders exceeding $500, an adult signature with ID verification may be required upon delivery.
