  • Identity Verification: We use AgeChecker.net to verify the identity and age of all customers before an order can be completed.
  • Compliance: Falsifying your age to purchase tobacco products is illegal. If we or our verification partner cannot confirm your age, your order will be canceled.
  • Zero Data Retention: To protect your privacy, we do not store or retain any sensitive identity documents or personal data submitted during the age verification process.

2. Geographic Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

Due to complex state-level regulations, tax structures, and flavor bans governing tobacco products, we enforce strict shipping restrictions. We do not ship any products to Hawaii or Utah.

Additionally, regional restrictions apply to specific product categories:

  • Flavored Tobacco Products: We do not ship flavored cigars, flavored little cigars, or flavored tobacco products to jurisdictions with active flavor bans, including but not limited to California and Massachusetts, as well as various local municipalities.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with their local and state laws regarding the online purchase and shipment of tobacco products. Any order placed in violation of local laws will be canceled and refunded.

3. Shipping, Processing, & Delivery Terms

  • Standard Shipping Carrier: 99% of orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. We reserve the right to ship via UPS Ground if there is a significant cost difference or if the customer specifically requests it.
  • Processing Windows: Standard in-stock products normally ship within 2–3 business days. Premium cigars and special supplier orders normally ship within 4–7 business days.
  • Tracking & Status: Tracking numbers and live order updates are always available on your Customer Account Page. You will also receive an automated tracking email upon shipment.
  • High-Value Shipments: Orders over $200 include complimentary shipping insurance. Orders exceeding $500 may require an adult signature with a valid photo ID upon delivery.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for transit delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier-side logistical disruptions.

4. Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

  • Cancellation & Refund Window: You may request a full refund or cancellation anytime before your items are ordered from our suppliers or before your order has shipped.
  • Post-Processing Cutoff: Once your product has been ordered from our supplier, your shipping label has been printed, or the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled for free. Any changes or returns at this stage will be handled entirely at the customer’s expense.
  • Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of tobacco products, returns are strictly limited and only allowed if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
  • Fulfillment Errors: If we make a mistake on your order, we will issue a prepaid USPS return label via email to send the incorrect items back, and we will correct your order at no extra charge.

  • No Financial Data Storage: We do not store credit card numbers, banking details, or financial credentials on our servers under any circumstances.
